/ DATA SOURCES
Where every number comes from
Each RTP figure on RTPwiki is traceable to one of three source layers. Certified variants and the certification that backs them are published facts; the per-casino configured RTP is a dated, first-hand observation we make ourselves.

Provider-certified variants
The set of RTP variants a game legally ships in comes from the provider: official game info pages, press kits, and operator-facing release notes. This establishes the ceiling and the full variant ladder (e.g. 96.50% / 95.51% / 94.50%).
Independent test-lab certification
Where publicly available, we reference GLI, eCOGRA and iTech Labs certification material confirming the RTP figures each variant was certified at. Certification is what makes a reduced variant legal to deploy.
In-game info-panel inspection
The configured RTP per casino is read directly from the regulatory disclosure at the bottom of the in-game help screen, on the casino in question, on a specific date. This is the observation layer no provider or operator publishes — and the reason RTPwiki exists.
Per-game primary sources (provider pages and certification references) are listed in the Primary sources block on each game page. The full audit protocol — including re-check cadence and tiering — is documented on our methodology page.
